An Intriguing Residence with Magnificent View of St. Lawrence River

The house named Les Terrasses Cap -à-l’Aigle was born from a passion of a residence with open-space plan and magnificent panorama. Located in Charlevoix region, the house offers unique architecture and interior design that will make you gasp.  This residence was built in 2009 by two entrepreneurs: Florent Moser and Alain Rajotte. The outcome is an artistic house with distinctive interior overlooking great view of the St. Lawrence River. The house with beautiful view of St. Lawrence River is more than just a living. It is a rejuvenating space for the owners.

The house was designed with respect to the surrounding environment to achieve a modern and luxury house. The hillside with its green forest provides tranquility and panoramic view that can be enjoyed from the terrace.  The residence was designed by Mu Architecture on a total surface of 3,200 sq feet. This two-story house is covered with cedar shingles in order to receive natural light and magnificent view from different angles.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor while the social spot is located in the lower level of the house.  The outstanding red staircase is located in the middle of the room. Romantic feeling is obtained from the lighting over the cedar ceiling.
